A simpler way to collect receipts. In the making.

One link.Every receipt.All together.

For the person who ends up chasing everyone’s receipts. We’re building one shared place to collect them, so you can get on with your day.

Less chasing. More collected.

Receipts arrive in chats, inboxes and camera rolls. The plan is simple: give your team one clear place to send them.

THE PLANNED WORKFLOW

From scattered receipts to one shared collection.

01

Create a collection

Give it a name and explain what you need. A team trip, a project, or this month’s expenses.

02

Share one short link

Teammates open the link on their phone and submit their receipts. We’re designing this without a required contributor account.

03

Review it all together

See who sent what, check the details and prepare an export. Keep every receipt connected to its sender.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before we launch.

Can I use RcptLink today?

Not yet. We’re building the first version. This website introduces the idea; receipt uploads and accounts aren’t available yet.

Who are you building it for?

The accountant, office manager or team lead who collects everyone’s receipts. And the teammates who just need an easy way to send them.

Will teammates see each other’s receipts?

The planned sharing link is for submitting receipts. It won’t open up other people’s receipts; the organizer will manage the collection.

Will it support receipts in different languages?

The website is available in English and Simplified Chinese. Supported receipt languages and currencies will be confirmed as we test the first version.

CURRENTLY IN DEVELOPMENT

A little less admin. A little more time back.

We’re starting with one thing: making it easier to collect receipts from other people.
